• We accept payments through JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet services.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or violation of these terms.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

• We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on your location and product availability.
• Standard delivery: 3-7 business days for major cities, 5-10 business days for other areas.
• Dukandeals is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
