Return & Refund Policy

At Dukandeals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging (shoe box, poly bags, etc.)
- Items must not have been altered, modified, or customized
- Footwear must not show signs of wear on the soles or upper material
- Apparel must be free of odors, stains, or pet hair
- Accessories must be returned with all included components
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at returns@Dukandeals.pk or call +92-300-1234567 within 30 days of delivery.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.
- Step 4: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Step 5: Ship the package to the designated return address using the provided shipping label or your preferred courier service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:
- Inspection Period: We will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet).
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your wallet.
- Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return criteria (e.g., signs of wear, missing packaging), we may issue a partial refund and notify you of the deduction.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item for a full refund
- Place a new order for the desired item through our website
- This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your preferred item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange a return pickup at no additional cost
- A full refund or replacement will be issued upon inspection
- Do not attempt to repair or modify damaged items, as this may void your return eligibility
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the received item
- We will arrange a return pickup and send the correct item at no additional shipping cost
- Alternatively, you may request a full refund
Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Items: Dukandeals will cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
- Dukandeals is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet transaction history
- Contact your payment provider to confirm the refund has been processed
- If the refund has been processed but not received after 10 business days, contact us at returns@Dukandeals.pk
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted price during sales or promotions are eligible for return and refund at the price paid, subject to the same return conditions outlined in this policy.
